hello! I am a mother of three young children and I left my husband 6 years ago. I have full custody as he did not want custody, he freely handed them over to me. (he was too busy dating) Anyways, his family is oldfashioned and told me that no matter what, I haveto obey him until the end of time, but I just couldn't take it anymore. He has since then, been with many women. Whenever he has the children which is like once every 6 weeks, for the day, his mother would tell my children things like : "it's your moms fault why your dad has a girlfriend! she's living in sin!" And that's only one of her famous comments. My question to you is: if my ex husband say moves to another province where his girlfriend lives, can his mother apply for visitation rights?

fyes.as long as the father has his rights so does the grandparents in PA.however w/ the assistance w/ a good attrny, if you can prove her negative comments/ influence you can have her visits supervised.they may even need to attend classes w/ a counselor.the grandparents have to initiate the request from the court.you dont have to let them visit until then.i ve been thru this hope this helps.good luck.
