I am a 40 year old father going through a nasty divorce. Yesterday I just finished a almost 12 hour depostion that amounted to nothing. My soon to be ex-wife had a lot of descrepencies in her deposition compared to her discovery answers. On top of that I am constantly told that the judge that will rule in our case never awards father custody or even joint custody. I am left with a dismal pitiful visitation that does not allow me to really spend time with my two daughters. Unfortunately, my wife is bitter because I filed for divorce and she is doing her best to pay me back by alienating me from my kids. Is there anything I can do???????

Has the visitation been set now? If so what was the order?
