custody
my wife and I are getting a divorce it is uncontested and we agree on everything. We would like to know if its ok to file for divorce and not child custody? We would rather make a verbal agreement rather then a court order. This way if I would be laid off or our child would need more support We dont have to wait around for a court date and bring lawyers into it.
