crazy wife telling lies

I need help! was married 4 yrs, separated 6 mos ago and havent seen my 2 yr old since, she's barring access and everytime im served with papers there are more lies added to it...the lawyers say there is nothing they can do its all process, same with the office of the childrens lawyer...paper work, process... and i still havent seen my child! I have never been violent or injurious at all and my ex is desparately trying to do every underhanded thing to stop me from seeing him! How can someone just get away with this...I wanted to do a section 30 for psych assessment but will it do anything...she is very kiniving and has some mental health involvement i think, to be this erratic...I cant even get supervised access cause she refuses! does this make any sense?
How can lies have such a stong hold and there be any justice or even investigation to further along this case? These are the most important for bonding and i'm losing it all because of process? does anyone have any ideas? suggestions? avenues?

Just hang in there!! I went through the same thing as you are. After 5 months of not seeing or talking to my daughter the court finally ruled that I could see my own daughter. It makes no sense that the court who doesn't know me or my daughter gets to decide how much time I can spend with her and how much it should cost me. Funny thing before my ex divorced me the government didn't help me make any decisions about my daughter and now they want to make all the decisions.

It is amazing how much the courts believe and stick up for the women. My crazy wife unjustly claimed I threatened to kill her - they should lock these women up for lying to the court especially. Too many get away with their lies and ruin mens lives with the help of the court.

It is not fair, but you can't let it ruin your life. Take it as a lesson that will strengthen you and then never marry again - just too risky with the laws as they are. You will live throught it - I lived through 2 and now doing it for a third time... This time she didn't take everything and I got out early because I learned half of the lesson - never again!

You need to counter by filing a motion accusing her of parental alienation, with the goal of having the court grant you ultimate custody of the child.

it is not just the women that tell lies to the court. My x went in and tried to get a permanent restraining order against me saying that i had threatened to kill him. never happened and his current wife came in and said so. If you are bitter(and it shows) please do not catagorize women in that text. There are 2 sides to every story and you are not the only one dealing with a mentally ill x spouse.

Yeah, but tell me something...in your case, did the courts ASSUME the allegations were true as they customarily do when a woman alleges abuse on the part of a man?

I too am a woman who lost custody of her children because my ex spouse said i was going to kill him and the kids. My ex mother in law got on the stand and lied too...the court automatically believed them and removed my children from my custody...I am still fighting for them...

Did they present any evidence other than verbal testimony? Did you have any witnesses yourself to counter their accusations?
How long ago did this happen?
