denegration of parent to child
My partners x-wife is constantly denegrating him to his 9 year old (only) daughter. What can be done regarding defamation??? We live in Brisbane, Australia.

Your partner can go to court and ask that the court order that neither parent is allowed to speak badly of the other parent to or around the child. Once that is in a court order, your partner would need to gather evidence to prove contempt and have the order enforced. |

There is already a court order inplace to this nature, how can we prove the x-wife is saying these things to the daughter without it creating more grief to the daughter ??
