child custody..need your advices...

can i have my child custody who is 1 yr and 3 months old if my husband and I agreed to get separated?
or what if we don't separate and he goes to other country to work,can i have my child with me even both of my mother-in-law and my husband agreed that our daughter should be with his mother. Please help me...
Is it okay if i choose to stay with my father and bring my child with me instead of staying with my mother-in-law if my husband is already abroad? The reason why i chose to stay with my father is because he is already alone and i have a drugstore that we both managed.If I'll stay with my mother-in-law,it will be hard for me to drive all away to the store everyday and not enough time to take good care of my child...

please help me...need your advices asap....thanx

My advice to you would be to think this through very well. In the state of Colorado I have learned that once both parents come to an agreement and it is in the courts it is hard to reverse. If you want you child with you at all times you should fight for that.
