What is a notice of entry of order in Utah?

My husband is going thru a child support "drama" with his ex-wife. We recently received a notice of entry of order for a court in Utah. What does that mean exactly. When will his new child support go in effect? Thanks for any help!

What that means is that your husbands ex-wife has filed paperwork to start a motion for (I'm assuming) child support/custody/visitation.
Is there already one in effect? If so, does the paperwork state that it is a modification? If it does, then she's wanting to change something...I highly suggest reading through ALL the paperwork you received very carefully-typically on a regular Order you have 14 days to respond, if it's a modification typically 30 days...I'd look into that-You DO NOT want to be in default (not responding).
Whether it is a modification or not he still needs to continue following the current order that is signed, and when the final paperwork (Stipulation Judgement) is signed by a judge that is when the new order begins.
