Unhappy can i get parental rights back??

about two years ago i signed my rights away because i had some visitation rights but not a lot and she refused to allow me to see my daughter.
i also have a restraining order against me because she said that i hit her but i never did and they granted it to her...
Please help i want my child back!

You may file for a modification of the visitation--that is always your right.

The courts normally want parents to see kids, so your odds should be okay.
