If you two don't agree get an order to be set by the court--or threaten to do so, so that it will be fixed and you will be able to rely on that schedule.

Thumbs Up Re: SEVERE PROBLEMS

You should be greatful!

The courts usually rule against men pertaining to issues of visitation and custody. Take advantage of the situation, if possible, try to obtain custody based upon the circumstance. Believe me, in years to come you will be thankful you did. It will not only give your daughter great memories, it will also provide you the same.

None of my business here, but you might want to consider just making a small comment to the ex and just insinuate that maybe she should give you custody of the child seeing as the child is with you as much if not more than she is with her mother. From what you wrote i'm assuming your probably paying child support, unless ya'll have joint custody, and at the same time she's pushing the child off on you and the one your with now. She cant have her cake and eat it too.

Good Luck

How can you complain about having your child too much especially at holidays? Do you have any idea how many people are dying to get more time with their child and can't? YOU ARE BLESSED! If your "partner" has an issue with you having your child so much, I'd be finding a new "partner" If you are paying child support and having your child more often then ordered by the court, start documenting dates and times and any added expenses you shouldn't have if her mother were doing her duty, then take her to court.
