Confused no visitation

What rights do I have? I have a 8 month old son with an ex-girlfriend and I pay a fair amount of child support. Recently she has refused to let me see my son. We have no legal paperwork drawn up yet, but my name is on his birth certificate as his father. Do I have any legal rights without going to see a lawyer?

Default Re: no visitation

If she will not give access you need to go to court--but a court will grant you access.
