My X-wife is denying me my visitation

What all can i do to enforce her to let me see my son? How many times can she deny me before she actually gets in trouble for it. I reported the last time to the cops. I am keeping track now. I am thinking about fighting for custody. I work out of town alot. My fiance would have to keep him. She comes to visit me almost every weekend. I dont work far. My x-wife stays at home. She is remarried. What are my odds of gaining custody?

First things first.

Do you have a court order for visitation?

If you do, you can file for contempt.
If you don't have an order, you'll need to file for one ASAP.

Over a period of time while enforcing a court order for visitation, you can build up eveidence that you can use later to try to have custody reversed. Unfortunately it might take 3 or more findings of contempt before a court will allow a custody change, so start working on that now.
