I owe 36k arears alledgedly .....meaning ruled for, but NO $$ EVER given to mom in my absence of raising 2 other sole custody daughters. THAT is 'despute' #1. Since my 'return' & 2 other girls out of house, mom "#2" and I see 'eye to eye'.....AZ/USA oppressive laws do NOT serve child, just DES "INDUSTRY" employees!!! I got 'popped' for arears, went to court, and payed 8.5k of 10k Purge in 30 days given, selling ALL my stuff, even only car I had, with Comm. Gentry Lewis agreeing to motion of 8.5k, and 3 ea. $500/mo pmts.....AG found out I gave mom DIRECTLY $8.5k & AG demanded & mom paid $4k to AZ State, now they want MORE of it, show NO credit for me, AND take case from Lewis to a DES Commissioner!!! I'm unemployable in my industry with no car, but amidst a full English teaching scholarship by a U.K. employer. I have GUARANTEED job in China then Russia starting as early as January, but obviously I can't get passport. Employer does my visas, LARGE firm, so they get on 'moments notice'. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A 'RESTRICTED' PASSPORT WITH PRE-ARRANGED EMPLOYER GARNISHMENT so I can work? Mom is aware, agrees gov't. is too oppressive to stay, so I'll grant sole custody, WE WANT TO DROP 4D joke mutually, she leaving AZ, and do PRIVATE CHILD SUPPORT with attorney for child.......then I pray I can flee USA forever.......leaving such "ethical genocide" to you scum attorneys that have ruined USA .....what are options??

No but a judge may rule for an exception or mom might agree if she has a guarantee of getting paid.
