i am a filipino citizen and the father of my child is a naturalized american citizen based in NJ.we are not married.i want to file a child support for our 2 year old baby.but i don't know how it is possible since he's in NJ and i'm here in the phils.could you please help me what to do.

A local US lawyer could do it for you.
You may also contact the Child Support Enforcement office in his state and they will help direct you as well. It is a bit bureaucratic so hang in there. |
