Confused stressed out wife

My husband is not legally married to his ex. she has one daugher Zoey age 9 which my husband raised from 6 months old and one son Justen age 5 which were not sure if hes the father or not. Their is one other potential father of Justen. Zoeys real father is not in the picture. He was the live in father of both childen for most of their childhood. Zoey knows that he is not her real father.the mother recently filed for child support for both children. my questions areo we have to pay child support for the oldest girl that we know for sure is not biologically his child? Can we demand a paternity test on the boy? Who pays for the paternity test? if the boy is not his are we still accountable to pay child support?

You cannot request anything. However, your husband can and should request the court to order a DNA test(s) to establish legal paternity.
