foreign wife of AF member, child custody

I am currently married to a UK citizen and am considering filing for
divorce. I have one child with her (age 2) who has both US and UK
citizenship. My wife also has a long history of mental problems
(depression/anxiety) for which she has never been hospitalized. I can also
prove that she is verbally combative towards me. She is currently being
treated for anxiety as well. Her verbal abuse has also caused me to live
outside the home and she has limited me for the last 7 days to seeing my
child for a total of 90 minutes. I am in the military as well. How much
child support am I looking at paying and what are the odds of me getting
custody of my daughter. She also has not held a job for more than 7 years
and we have been married for 2 1/2. She is a UK citizen and before our
marriage received benefits (welfare) due to her being unemployed. If we
have joint custody and she leaves the country with my daughter, who pays for
my daughter\'s travels back and forth?

Courts will craft some solution if you two cannot agree. Both of you will have time with the child if at all possible.

Visits may be longer to reduce travel.

If you don't have custody around 20 to 30 percent of your wages could go for your child.
