Confused Uninsured medical

My ex-wife continues to send me copies of medical bills for uninsured expenses months after the bills are due. She demands to be reimbursed for one half of the expenses ASAP because they are 100-150+ days past due.
The divorce decree clearly states she has 30 days to mail these bills to me once it is determined that the bills are the personal responsibility of the parties, yet I get them 60-90 after it is known they are uninsured expenses.

What is my recourse if she refuses to send these statements to me within 30 days? Please understand I want to pay for my half but she won't send me the bills on time. Also I pay child support to my children and am not delinquent in my payments.

Thanks for any help you can offer,

Since your court order specifies a time limit, explain to her that if she continues to wait to give them to you, you'll be forced to file for contempt of the court order. When a CP realizes that the court order can be enforced, it usually makes them give the bills in a timely manner.
