Default Before the Court order

does a father have any rights to the child before a court order is ever sought. i mean i came to terms with child support with the mother and things were fine got to see my son on regular basis and do things with him and now i still pay the support of this child and now i haven't seen him in about four months. is there anything i can do. also i want to take her to court to establish visitations the bad thing is when i got with her she had a three month old son whom i have supported even after we broke up. and is there any way to get visitations of said child as well i mean he does call me daddy as well does my son.

hi! you need to keep paying support no matter what get receipts for your payments if you can(or wright cheques) And as soon as you can get a lawyer and get on it the longer you wait the harder its going to get for you!!!

well i can say this, i have many friends in the legal system and i have went to battle with my husbands ex girlfriend in the same way.

good for you on the support. she cant deny visitation on the one that is biological yours, the other child she can withhold visitation because he isnt yours.

go to court asap, you dont need an attorney, print the forms online and fill them in and take them to court, tell the judge you want a emergency hearing. then they will give you visitation until a court date can be set for custody.

make sure you are good on your part, stable house, job etc. no drugs etc. because the case worker will look at that.

but by law she cant keep you from seeing your son.

if you need to talk email me at ikeacleaningservices@hotmail.com

good luck
