Default Child care plan Az.

I am having a telephonic Enforcement on Child Plan hearing in Az. on the 24th . My Ex husband is trying to enforce our original custody agreement from 1997 even though last year CPS and the state of AZ. took custody of the children who were residing with him at the time.Through the juvenile courts, they gave me sole custody. At that time I had two different children with me. He still has custody of them. They have been with me since June of 06. My question is, the hearing is at the Supreme Court will they listen and accept the mediation agreement from the Juvenile court( same state and county ) and do I stand a chance without a lawyer. CPS said that they would have to step in and take custody of them if I sent them back. Thank You. Nicki

You really need to speak to a local attorney. Take all of your paperwork with you for the consult. Only a local attorney will be able to fully answer your question after looking over your paperwork.
