need legal advice
I'm trying to get my daughter in the philippines, but the father won't sign any consent so i can bring my daughter back here in california with my 2 other siblings which he abondoned..i don't get any child support from him. we are not married, we've been separated for 10 yrs. due to his being irresponsible father to my children. im a single mom with 2 jobs to be able to support my 2 kids here... i let him bring my youngest daughter in the phillipines with him because i thought maybe he can clean up his act and realize that he has a family to support. he lives with his parents rytnow in the phillippines..he's jobless when he was here, can't stay in one job, he drinks every night and most of all he's hooked on drugs..My daughter is 9 yrs now and i get to visit her every year..everytime i visit them he always say he's going to change but nothing happen, that's why i decided to get my daughter back here because he's geting worse..i dont know what to do? i need some advice please....
