whats my rights
i have custody of my 5 year old niece . i have had her since she was 2months old . the mother i always kept in touch with i even let her come down for a week . she dont have a stable enviroment for the other 4 kids she have . recently she started calling saying she wants her baby back. that little girl dont know nobody but me . we are real close. the only document that i have is a letter where she gave me custody. signed and nortorized . i dont have a court documet just that letter. i live in florida she lives in ny. can she come and take this girl from the only family she knows. and what are my rights if i have any.
