Confused Family... how do we do that without a huge cost for adoption?

i am a mother of 2 boys... 21 n 6.... my fiance and i have been trying to have a child.... to no avail... my boyfriends niece is pregnant..... she has mental problems and knows she can not take care of a child in her state..... she wants to give us her child.... how do we do that with out a huge cost for adoption? we all want the babys birth cert to say him and i???? plz help us figure this out.... to futher complicate this we r moving to arizona before the baby is due....

Your best option here is to contact a local adoption attorney and discuss the particulars and costs.

I concur with Sandy. Contact a family law attorney in the state you settle in for help arranging the adoption.

you need to be married first before any of this can happen-no judge will let you adopt without being married. second you need the father's permission. third and most important you need an attorney
