Cancellation of Consent of Adoption
Hello Good Day!
How do you cancel consent of adoption? I was informed by my mother that my child will be adopted by her to be able to migrate including me and they let me sign something like consent of adoption. I mean it was too good to be true and i trusted my mother about her plans since i wanted to be with my child and start a new life abroad but it was all messed up and it didn't happen. I wanted to cancel the consent of adoption and want have my child with me. how do i do that? can you help me out? |

Have an attorney counsel you immediately is my suggestion and one who is resident and licensed to practice in the Philippines.

well i think she has an attorney which im really not aware of. i had this piece of paper signed about consent tha my child will be adopted which is why i really worry about it since i dont want to lose my child. They tricked me and the bad thing was i thought they are my family so i should trust them. what will i do? i dont even know if there is an attorney.

I don't have enough money but they do and they can do everything just for me not to take the child even with the use of money. I really don't know what actions I should do. please help me out.
