My dad pays child support to my mom because the fact that she is my legal guardian, but I have not lived with her since June '11 and she has not provided me with any of my child support money. Is there any way I could make my mom pay either me or my grandmother all that money back seeing how I now live with my grandmother?

And how do you know that the money your Dad is paying isn't being sent to your grandmother since you are now living there? Sounds to me like an issue that Dad needs to take up with Mom. If his child support isn't getting to the person who is actually taking care of you, that's something that he needs to deal with. You shouldn't even be involved in this.

Although support is the child's property, the parent or custodian must manage it for them, so the court is not likely to have the support paid to you, directly. Your grandmother is the one to apply to the court to have support paid to her since she is custodian at the present time -- if your mother does not voluntarily surrender the support to her. She will have to apply to the court that made the order, "invervening" as third party in order to bring a motion.
