Unhappy need some help/advice

Ok here is a tough one.. I am a father of two children, I have primary custody. The children's mom is to be paying child support, but the child support agency is moving very slowly, let me explain" I went for an interview on 4/16/07 and of course gave them her information, address and so on, they supposedly sent out a number of letters to her address and get no response, then she has moved three times since then and I have given them her new address everytime. So when I call the agency all they tell me is that they will send her another letter I feel like they are constantly jerking me around cause I am a guy . So my big qouestion is "WHAT CAN I SAY OR DO"??? to speed up this process, the mother is not hard to find hell they have her phone number and address!!!! she was even getting medacaid up to about 2 months ago...!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !!???

Do you have a court order for CS already?
If so, you can actually by pass the CSE agency and file a motion for contempt, or motion to show cause yourself. You'll need to properly serve your ex and give copies to the CSE agency.

If you don't have an order already, you'll either have to wait for the slow CSE wheels to turn, or hire an attorney to file for you.

Confused Re: need some help/advice

Thanks, I dont have a court order yet The CSE is very slow, but when I call them to find out my case status they always tell me they will send another letter, they are suppose to serve papers to her confirmed address, yet They dont.. I guess that is the bigger issue, I have considered using my attorney though but the CSE already has my case, wouldnt that be a problem?? Cant I get back child support payments as well?? Thanks

You can...see the legal forms on the world law site too. They may be a model for you to use.

Confused Re: need some help/advice

i couldnt find the right legal form to use as a model.. If I did file a motion of contempt, bypassing the CSE wouldnt that be stepping on their toes, in a sense??
