Angry Grandparents visitation rights (both parents have equal visitation rights)

My daughter is unmarried, the boyfriend is also fighting for custody. Until the case is finalized the baby (almost 2) has been with the custodian (boyfriend's sister) since last year November. Court order gives both parents equal visitation rights every second evening for 2 hrs. Court order merely said grandparents not allowed to remove child from "Michelles" care. As a grandmother this girl is witholding me from seeing my grandchild for no apparent reason (conflict of interest). This child goes on holiday for 2 weeks with the woman (Michelle) and obviously the dad (which is her brother)would go with, and the grandmother on the boyfriend's side comes and visits for 2 weeks, and every time me as the direct grandmother just asks for 15 minutes with my grandchild, i am refused , as i get told its "her house". Before this whole court case i had no hick ups with this women (being the daddy's sister). Now its so traumatic and it really upsets my daughter. The child is taken for visitations to the other grandfather, but our family is being treated like garbage.
The family advocate says "contact your lawyer" The attorney says I am allowed to see my grandchild. Then when you phone the foster mom , she keeps saying she is sticking with the rules. This is driving me up the wall.
