My daughter, whom i've had temp custody of since she was 10 months, was recently staying with my parents. I moved out, now they went and filled for custody of her. I have not yet been served papers, only recieved a phone call from my dad. If they are actually filled, do I still have any rights to have a deputy go with me to claim my daughter?

Why did you move and leave your infant daughter with your parents, instead of taking her with you? That is going to be the first and foremost question that a Judge will ask. You really need to hire an attorney, ASAP. |
