Confused legitimization

we are getting married this year and we have a daughter whose 3 1/2
years
old. she\'s still under my maiden name coz at the time of her
conception(2003)his father was still married to another woman. His
marriage
was annulled last Feb. 2006. My question is how do we change the status
of
our child(being illigitimate)after we get married? In my child\'s birth
cert
i did not include the father\'s name nor affix his signature to avoid
complication during that time. pls. help.thanks

Default Re: legitimization

You can go to court and make all name changes and affidavits of parent status--It would help to have counsel assist under these circumstances.
