half sisters

I am 18 years old & I have a 9 year old half sister. We have the same father
but different mothers. My sister has lived with my father almost all of her
life because her mom left when she was just a baby. Her mother cam eback
into the picture a couple of years but she had a drug addition. Our father
isn\'t mentally stable & my sister was taken from him last thanksgiving by
CPS. Her mother wasn\'t doing drugs so they gave her to her mom but I hav
ereason to believe that she is doing drugs again & is also on all kinds of
anti-depressants. Last week when our grandfather took my little sister home,
they walked in on her having sex with another woman & a man! So my question is what are the requirements for me to get custody or permanent guardianship of my half sister?

im sorry but you have no legal standing to get custody of your half sister. the grandparents do, but not you. and they would have to prove mom is legally unfit. that she was having sex with a man and a woman doesnt qualify, and quite frankly, its noone else's business
