I wish to inform you that laws of your state will determine casino earnings as regards child support. In this generally casino earnings are not be included within earnings of a parent for calculation of child support. Further if there is arrears of child support then that can be satisfied from casino earnings.

If you made a big enough win to make the news, most likely you will be required to share with your child. Earnings are earnings, even from gambling.
