My husband does not want his 16 yr old son to get his lic. because he has not shown that he is responsible enough to have it yet. His gpa this past year was 0.00. My husband's exwife is going to pursue getting the 16 yr old's lic. Can my husband stop this from happening in the state of Colorado? My husband and I have 2 yound children and we are fearful that if his son gets his lic. that he could get into an accident and we could get sueded by the other parties involved and loose everything and then where would we be. What can my husband do about stopping the his 16 year old from getting his lic. at this time because he does not feel that he is resposible enough to have it. My husbands ex wife has primary custody of their son. If anyone can help I would grately appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
