In the past year or so, my ex has been baker acted while coming down off pain medication she starting becoming addicted to. She has several prescriptions for psych. meds. and has primary care parent status on our 12 and 14 year olds. She has allowed my daughter to become a monster with her coaching her to dislike coming over to my home for visits. Do I have any rights to take the children due to her instability? It seems the ex is not acting in the best interest of the kids while taking theses meds. Any ideas? Thanks, Golo

If you can show and prove these things to a court, she would likely lose custody or be required to have supervised visits etc.
