I currently have a joint custody agreement with my child's father. We mutually drew up our own agreement about 2 years ago, with days, custody, parental rights all divided 50/50. We have abided by it fairly well, trying to be flexible, but now that he has remarried, he wants to modify the order (giving him more time). Oor daughter is well adjusted, healthy, and does very well in school. I feel the arrangement works well. What are the reasonable grounds to modify custody, if both parents do not agree?

There has to be some change in circumstances that would justify it.
He is not likely to get more than 50/50 if that is what he is seeking. |
