I have a sixteen year old daughter that lives in the state of Colorado. She has dropped out of high school, had a child, and know lives with the 22 year old father of the child. I have a few questions:
1. Does this situation emancipate the child? 2. If so, do I need to file to have the support order terminated? 3. If not, what if my daughter, and her boyfriend, moves back in with her mother every time that get into financial trouble. Thanks for your help. |
