Default Emancipated Juvenile - Colorado

I have a sixteen year old daughter that lives in the state of Colorado. She has dropped out of high school, had a child, and know lives with the 22 year old father of the child. I have a few questions:

1. Does this situation emancipate the child?

2. If so, do I need to file to have the support order terminated?

3. If not, what if my daughter, and her boyfriend, moves back in with her mother every time that get into financial trouble.

Thanks for your help.

who has legal custody? why did the cp allow their 16 yr old child to move in with a 22 yr old man? you have good grounds to have custody switched to you, because the cp's judgement is certainly suspect, alloing their 16 yr old to move in with a 22 yr old. this man should be reported to the police, he has no business dating and impregnanting a 16 yr old child. and mom could face charges as well for allowing it.
