I live in France, my 2 daughters live in Spain with their mother, they
are english and have english passports. The mother refuses to let me see my daughters or for them to spend anytime with me. The eldest is 11 and my name is on her birth certificate and the youngest is 9 but my name is not on hers. Me and the mother were not married.I would like to know my rights and the procedure, if necessery, to take her to court. I would like the right to have them on the school holidays. Thank you for any feedback |

Both the courts of Spain and English courts will order visitation for you if you two cannot agree. Let her know you will file in court. It would be an easy thing for you to do.
World Law's lawyers could also probably help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
