interstate ?
Hi! I would like to know if Im qualified to petition for child support in the US. Im not American Citizen but have a 10 year old boy to my ex boyfreind. He stopped giving support when he leave Manila. Do I have the right to obtain a court order even if I'm not goIng to US to file for this?

If the father is a US citizen you do yes.
World Law's lawyers could also probably help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |

Thanks for your reply, yes his American Citizen and presently living in the U.S.
There's no way I can go to U.S to file for child support. Can I have to get somebody to represent me in court or just hire a lawyer to represent in behalf of me? Thanks a lot, Charie |
