visitation
what is the age for over night visits with fathers in GA. I have 6 month old baby. i have never denied visits at neutral places but now the father wants me to allow him and his wife to keep my baby from friday to sunday visits and at least 2 days during the week. I feel uncomfortable with this only because his wife in the begining wanted him to have nothing to do with the baby. Now that I have taken him for child support they want to take custody of her, so he doesn't have to pay anything to me,(as she puts it)..

You can refuse; and let him go to court and get an order that will be agreed upon by all of you and the judge.
