Confused temporary injunction papers

We went to court on a temporary restraining order on 4-12-07, then the judge said he was granting temporary custody to the other party, so this would be a temporary injunction that was granted. My question is shouldn't both parties have received some type of papers stating the visitation even though the papers are temporary. Also, if a final hearing has not been set can the other parent move out of the county with that child.

NEED AN ANSWER FAST,

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Unhappy Re: temporary injunction papers

You do still have visitation right? If you do and have not gotten any papers yet, you need to start some calling. And yes they can move out of the county, even out of state.
