residence order/ hair strand drug test results -- United Kingdom

UK.I recently got my hair strand test results which said-cut off point for amphetamines-0.2ng/mg.
-cut off point for cannabis-o.1ng/mg.
I admit to taking abit of speed but have never used cannabis,could my positive result be down to passive smoking?

I wish to inform you that research in UK has indicated that there could be false results due to passive smoking in a confined space for cannabis. It has been well established by research that a positive sample for cannabis may be due to passive smoking or by the intake of non psychoactive substances. These substances include hemp seed bars and mik from cattle which graze in areas with wild cannabis. The research results have been given by Hayden JW in his work dated 1991 (Passive inhalation of marijuana). Mageri et al concluded in 1987 in heir work 'Cannabinoid intake by Passive Smoking' that false test results could be obtained by passive smoking with poor air quality. Your positive test results could be the outcome of passive smoking or intake of non psychoactive substances.
