Confused sports and daycare

I pay child support for my two children and 37% of daycare plus sports. My children are starting full time days in september and my ex has them in child care at the school for before school and after. She has flexible hours and I am having a hard time paying an extra $280 a month on top of all the sports and my child support plus being able to spend money on them when I have them. What can I do to change agreement or keep her from putting the kids in every sport there is and daycare which she gets the money back in tax breaks and goverment sports insentives?
Plus she does not let me see them any more than my minimum which is every second weekend and every Thursday.

I have joint cust. and she has primary residence.
Do I have to pay daycare for before and after school.
Do I have to pay for more than two sports a year if I choose not to or can not afford even two
How can I change agreement because I have a new job and life has changed

You can threaten to go back into court and get some kind of reasonable limits placed on those items. That may make her compromise.

From a woman's perspective and also a mother. The kids probably WANT to take part in these sports. Are you suggesting that your wife change her hours around so that daycare is not needed? There is some reason why she can't / wont do this. I could do that right now but I would have to work on sat & sun or I would have to work in the evening. I would then never see my family. I also do not get ALL of the money paid for daycare back. A small % of it but not all. Go to court & plead your case but if the judge rules in her favor don't get upset.
