Confused 15 and nowhere

I am 15 years old and my half-brother's aunt has guardianship over me. She is of no relation to me, so it was easy for her to kick me out when things were too hard for her. She initially wanted me in foster care again, after 6 years, but my half-brother's dad said he would try and get custody. It isnt good; he drinks profusely and repeatedly endangers his son.My sister, who's 20, engaged, and will have 2 full-time incomes soon, thinks it best for me to live with her and her soon-to-be husband.I will not get consent from my "aunt" to live there, even though it is the only place i feel like home. I need to be there. If it helps at all I'm an intelligent, good kid and i just want to know what my options are in Florida. My mom is MIA, for good reason. My dad...well i dont know who he is. What should happen?

your half brother's dad has no standing to get custody of you( he is a legal stranger) and your aunt could face criminal charges for kicking you out. she is responsible for you untill youre 18
