Before the custody battle
My best friend lives in California and is trying to leave the man she's been with for 5 years. They have 2 children in common and he told her that if she leave she wont see the boys again. If she leaves with the children when he's not home, can she be arrested for kidnapping, or can she be forced to give the children to him. there is no parenting plan or residensial schedual.
