Apostille for my marriage certificate in Virginia, USA
What is the easiest way for me to get an apostille for my marriage certificate in Virginia, USA, if I got it in the foreign country? Where can I translate it in English? Can I get it translated from Russian and get an apostille on it in the same place?

I wish to inform you that under the Apostille Treaty, a foreign apostille document will be recognized in USA. In this regard, if you are having a Russian apostille then it will be valid in USA as both the countries are members of the Apostile Treaty. Apostille will be issued by competent authority in Russia. If you have got a apostille in Russian then you can have a certified translation of the document in USA.
