Help
do I have to let my child go with his mother if she is late to pick him up and does not call? She only gets him like six times a year for two days at a time and has the rights to get him every other weekend and lots and lots of holidays.

If she is not reasonably there when scheduled you need not comply either; but keep good records in case you are both back in court over the issue.
