Urgent: re UK/Canada Family Law

My husband has custody of two of our children and was given leave by UK courts to remove them to Canada. A mirror order exists. The arrangement is that I go over there once a year during winter [done] and they should come over to the UK during the summer. He now says that they are not coming, although I can go over there. One child is 16 and the other is almost 14. The 16 year old, he says, may have university interviews during the summer. However, this shouldn't prevent the younger one coming over, which he doesn't want. He wants them all to come and go together. This is because he used foul means to not only gain custody of them, but to win leave to remove them to Canada. This makes him feel very insecure. Can anyone advise, please? Is there a free Canadian advice service that I could contact? Can anyone suggest anything? Many thanks for any help.

The order governs; they must go if the order says so or he must file in court to get a change. If they don't come to see you, he would normally be in contempt.
