Default Need Help

My partner is having massive problems at the moment with his ex. They were together for 13 years and have an 11 yr old daughter. She is making it very difficult for him to see his daughter and financially is draining him. In the time they were together she has never worked or contributed in any way to the household. He has left the house but they still live there and he pays everything, mortage, utilities as well as all maintanence for the child, his ex partner still makes no contribution and is on the phone daily demanding money for shoes, clothes, trips abroad etc. I am at a loss what to do as he is afraid that it will go badly for him if he tries to take to through the legal system. Is there any advice you can give??

The legal systen could stabilize and make fair that situation--and make her pay a share as well. Why do you think it will go badly for him?
