Can I receive temporary spousal or child support?
If an agreement cannot be reached between you and your spouse, you can proceed with a hearing. This hearing is referred to as a Pendent Lite hearing. At this hearing, a Judge may grant an award of temporary child custody and support.

I wish to inform you that in Pendent Lite hearing a court can issue temporary relief. In this the Court can award to spouses while their divorce litigation is pending. In this court may also make temporary order for child custody keeping best interest of child as main consideration.
