I wish to inform you that first the other person has to prove that the child belongs to your husband. After paternity has been proved then child support may be claimed under Article 195 of Family Code or Philippines. If court ordered child support is not paid then action for contempt of court order may be started against father.

A DNA test can be done to determine he is the father. If that is proven true, he will be made to pay child support. If he fails to pay, he can be held in contempt and possibly face jail time.
