My ex-hus. took me to court to gain parenting time and to lower child support. He got everything he wanted. The lawyer who represented me failed to show any of the proof I provided to him that would in fact help me with my case. I went to court on june 11th I recently recieved the "Supplemental Judgment" from the hearing. It has not been signed by the judge as of yet.
My question would be : Is it too late to present to the court Rebuttals? What can I do? |

No--you can try; you can also ask the lawyer to explain what happened and tell the court if you disagree still. You could file to present new evidence or a motion to reconsider if a decision is made.
