Default Pregnant Ex-Gf moving out of state

my pregnant ex-gf is threatning to move to new york and not let me see our son. I am from California. She has lived in Cali for the last 11 years. She is moving to New York because she doesn't want me in our son's life. She has a new bf and wants him to raise the child. She has even offerred me money to sign away my parental rights. What can i do about this?

That is not a valid reason to move. If you file in court the judge will force her to stay or to come up with some solution where you conveniently still see the child.

file for vistation, the she wont have a choice wether or not you are in the child's life, unless she wants to be stripped of custody for interfering with your rights

WELLL

in NYC if you don't sign the paternity papers.. you have no paternal rights.

Therefore the only thing you can do is get a paternal order and a custody order once paternity is established.
She CAN refuse a paternity test and you may be out of luck.

At least.. in NYC that's how it is.
